產品說明： FBG干粉砂漿自動包裝機是我公司工程師經過反復試驗，結合市場需求研制的新型包裝機。該包裝機自動化程度高（電腦智能自動識別，不用復雜煩瑣的機械 杠桿秤重系統），操作簡單，只需工人插袋（無人工搬動閘板動作）即可完成包裝生產工藝，節省人力、減輕工人勞動強度，極大的降低生產成本，提高生產效率。本機各項技術指標均**國標要求。 設備特點： 1、全自動微機控制，智能識別，靈敏度高，性能穩定，抗干擾能力強，稱量準確； 2、全新設計，無閘板、秤桿、游砣、卡輪、卡銷、拉簧、拔簧等機械稱重機構，無限減少易損件；既降低了維修費用，又提高了生產效率； 3、自動實現包裝袋的壓緊、灌裝、松開、停止灌裝和掉袋等功能，性能穩定、操作簡單（工人只有插袋動作）； 4、機身全部密封并配有除塵口，結構合理、經久耐用，真正實現環保型生產。 5、該包裝機主要有單嘴（FBG-1）、雙嘴（FBG-2）兩種型號，由雙嘴并列可組成4-6嘴包裝機。 技術參數： 1、袋重誤差：50±0.5kg 2、袋重合格率：98%?！ ?、單嘴產量：≥10-15t/h 4、每嘴動力：4kw 注： 1、單袋重量在20-50kg可調 2、包裝機帶有除塵口，用戶可根據需要配備除塵設備。 Description: FBG automatic dry mortar packing machine is our company engineer trial and error, combined with the market demand for the development of new packaging machine.
