工作原理
主電機通過減速機帶動磨盤轉動，物料經螺旋輸送機進入立磨主機內，受重力作用落到磨盤中央，同時風機產生的氣流從進風口進入主機。在離心力的作用下，物料從磨盤中央向邊緣均勻移動，經過磨盤上的輥道時，受磨輥碾壓，大塊物料直接被壓碎，細物料受擠壓后形成料層，進行粒間粉碎。粉碎后的物料繼續向磨盤邊緣移動，直到被磨盤外圍的風口環引導的強氣流向上帶走，較粗的物料由于自身重力原因重新落回至磨盤內，進行再次碾磨；較細物料則隨氣流上升進入主機上方的分級系統進行篩選分級，在分級轉子葉片的作用下，較粗的物料不能被通過，而被葉片重新打落活磨盤內再次碾磨，合格的細粉將隨氣流帶出分級系統，通過外部管路進入除塵系統，然后經除塵器將氣流與物料分離、收集后，即為成品。另外，物料中的雜物及大顆粒物料會在研磨時，被刮料板刮入排渣口，排出磨體，從而有效的保證了成品的質量。此外還可通過調節液壓系統的壓力，來調節磨輥的壓力，在一定范圍內可適應不同硬度的物料需求；通過調節多轉子分級系統的轉子轉速，來調節分級篩選細度，從而獲得多種不同規格的合格成品。

1. 產品多樣性強，RFLM系列研磨主機配備新型多轉子分級機，可生產成品粒徑范圍大，2μm區間30%~60%，D97=7~45μm，比表面積20000cm2/g，而D97=7.0μm的產品則可直接由主機生產。

5. 具有高可靠性，分級機無需經常注油保養，故障率低，磨輥系統長壽命設計，軸承及油封使用壽命20000小時以上，減速機采用行星結構的立磨專用減速機，一級減速采用德國克林貝格螺旋傘齒輪，扭矩及性能高于常用的美國格里森螺旋傘齒輪，齒輪材料采用DIN標準的鋼材，保證較長的使用壽命。小型減速機采用德國SEW或者日本住友品牌，重載的磨輥部位采用美國TIMKEN軸承，高轉速的分級機部分采用瑞典SKF,德國的FAG軸承，來確保該部位的長期穩定運行。電機的驅動部分采用日本安川電機株式會社的變頻器產品。
