工作原理
主電機通過減速機帶動磨盤轉(zhuǎn)動，物料經(jīng)螺旋輸送機進入立磨主機內(nèi)，受重力作用落到磨盤中央，同時風(fēng)機產(chǎn)生的氣流從進風(fēng)口進入主機。在離心力的作用下，物料從磨盤中央向邊緣均勻移動，經(jīng)過磨盤上的輥道時，受磨輥碾壓，大塊物料直接被壓碎，細(xì)物料受擠壓后形成料層，進行粒間粉碎。粉碎后的物料繼續(xù)向磨盤邊緣移動，直到被磨盤外圍的風(fēng)口環(huán)引導(dǎo)的強氣流向上帶走，較粗的物料由于自身重力原因重新落回至磨盤內(nèi)，進行再次碾磨；較細(xì)物料則隨氣流上升進入主機上方的分級系統(tǒng)進行篩選分級，在分級轉(zhuǎn)子葉片的作用下，較粗的物料不能被通過，而被葉片重新打落活磨盤內(nèi)再次碾磨，合格的細(xì)粉將隨氣流帶出分級系統(tǒng)，通過外部管路進入除塵系統(tǒng)，然后經(jīng)除塵器將氣流與物料分離、收集后，即為成品。另外，物料中的雜物及大顆粒物料會在研磨時，被刮料板刮入排渣口，排出磨體，從而有效的保證了成品的質(zhì)量。此外還可通過調(diào)節(jié)液壓系統(tǒng)的壓力，來調(diào)節(jié)磨輥的壓力，在一定范圍內(nèi)可適應(yīng)不同硬度的物料需求；通過調(diào)節(jié)多轉(zhuǎn)子分級系統(tǒng)的轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)速，來調(diào)節(jié)分級篩選細(xì)度，從而獲得多種不同規(guī)格的合格成品。
