科思姆公司分別用物理法和化學法兩種方法制得聚酰亞胺發泡材料，分為硬質和彈性兩種類型，其中硬質泡沫是屬于高強高模閉孔型，而彈性泡沫則有閉孔、開孔和部分開孔型。公司正在研制微泡產品，希望實現形狀和倍率的準確控制。
Polyimide foams are prepared by physical and chemical methods respectively, and are divided into hard and elastic foams, in which hard foams belong to high strength and high mold closed foams, and elastic foams include closed foams, open foams and partial open foams. The company is developing microfoam products, hoping to achieve accurate control of the shape and magnification.
